• The gift box can be sent either to you or direct to the recipient at work or at home (select 'gift' at cart and enter recipient's address at the checkout when prompted)

We have capacity to hold only a small number of items in stock and so most items are ordered from our suppliers once we receive your order. If the item is not in immediate stock, it will be ordered which may extend the delivery time - you will be updated if there will be a delay to your order. If the item is not in stock with the supplier, we will substitute with a suitable alternative.

Please note all personalised items are made to order by our suppliers according to your specifications and so we are unable to hold stock for these items. 

Orders from our suppliers should be received within a week by us. However, custom items may take a little longer depending on demand and availability. 

Once received from our suppliers, your package will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.

These delivery options apply AFTER your package has been dispatched. Please note the above details regarding time it takes for items to be shipped once they are ordered.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We take care to source quality products from amazing suppliers so that your package arrives in perfect condition. If, however, your package arrives and you find the condition is not as expected, please do get in touch immediately through our contact page or chat.

If you change your mind about your purchase or you find it faulty and wish to return it, you should do so within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note you will be required to pay the postage cost.

Items that are bespoke, personalised, likely to deteriorate rapidly or those that have a broken seal are not eligible for the above. Sales for these items are final.

CAN I BUY INDIVIDUAL GIFTS?

We specialise in pre-packed and custom curated gift boxes so unfortunately are unable to offer individual gifts.

CAN I BUILD MY OWN GIFT BOX?

YES! Our custom build service allows you to do just that. Working with exceptional brands is what we do. All so we can deliver the finest of gifts to you. Shop many gifts in ONE place. 

HOW WILL MY GIFT BOX(ES) BE PRESENTED?

All gifts are packaged in a beautiful signature keepsake box or hamper of your choice (without pricing information) and tied with a grosgrain ribbon. If you have something else in mind, get in touch here or via chat to discuss. Please note for delicate items (such as glass or breakable items), we wrap them to protect them during transport.

I WANT AN ITEM WHICH ISN'T FEATURED ON YOUR SITE?

CAN I SEND DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT?

You sure can. Just select the 'gift' option at the cart page and follow the instructions to add the recipient's address in the 'shipping address' field at checkout. If you have multiple orders you'd like to send directly to different recipients, please get in touch here or via chat with your order number and request after checkout.

CAN I ADD A NOTE TO MY GIFT BOX?

Yes, all gift boxes come with a thoughtful card available with a preset message (choose at cart) or left blank for you to add your penmanship to for an even more personal gifting experience.

Our recommendation:

Black / White gift box: max 4-5 gifts 
Wicker Hamper: max 6-7 gifts
